ALLIAURA GROUP is expanding its activity
Since the last 17th of October, the shipyard Alliaura Marine has been purchased by the Alliaura Group holding, a new shareholder. With a dynamic of industrial
development, the Group has just acquired the shipyard Catlantech and created two new subsidiaries: Alliaura Composite and Alliaura Design Product.
A new industrial dynamic is running in order to maximise the use of the production site in Lanester. Thus, the redemption of Catlantech gives the opportunity to integrate the manufacture of « charter » yachts with a team of 28 people.
The Group is proposing its know-how in the composite and woodwork activity from the design to the production through two independent structures, Alliaura Composite and Alliaura Design Product.
Alliaura Marine continues its activity in luxury cruising yacht building, especially for private use.
The Group shows its willingness to diversify chains and opens up new perspectives for new markets.
