Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. will take over Yamaha distribution in Finland
Ismo Pohjonen appointed new General Manager
Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., a branch office in Finland will assume responsibility for sales, marketing and distribution of all Yamaha Motor Company’s products in Finland. The current Konekesko recreational products team will continue its work under the Yamaha Motor Europe’s Finnish branch and no immediate organizational changes will take place.
However, Mr Kari Rautanen will continue to work for Konekesko also after the deal closing on July 1 2017 and Yamaha has appointed Mr Ismo Pohjonen new General Manager of the Finnish branch. He will start in his new position on May 15th and will lead the integration process in Finland. Ismo has a long background in car distribution and he has worked for Inchcape Motors for the past 20 years.
Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., a branch office in Finland will start officially on 1st of July 2017. The new location of the branch office is in Espoo, Suomenoja.
