1 MONTH TO GO BEFORE THE LAUNCH OF THE 43rd YACHTING FESTIVAL
Another month to complete the transformation of the Vieux Port and Port Canto in Cannes which will accommodate nearly 400 boats recently released by the most prestigious French and international shipyards. The 43rd show will open for 6 days from Tuesday 8 September.
This new event will play host to an eclectic offer with some 400 boats ranging from 3 to 43 metres, in-water or on-land, sailing and motor boats, monohull and multihull, hard and semirigid hulls, all divided between Cannes’ two ports. Among these 400 boats, over 140 are being presented for the first time. Despite the pandemic which has directly, and significantly affected the nautical sector in recent months, most of the major players will be present to meet their customers at Cannes, exhibit their new collections and be involved in the restart of the yachting industry.
Visitors can therefore enjoy a show rich in varied content and enhanced by many new products. For the second consecutive year and after the successful launch of the Sailing Area, the show will be arranged by boat type: motorboats will be exhibited at the Vieux Port while the sailing boats will be moored at Port Canto. On the quayside of each of the ports, visitors will be able to discover equipment manufacturers and service companies. Regulars will find the Luxury Gallery, a sector dedicated to luxury and lifestyle at the Vieux Port and the “Toys” area for nautical toys on the other side of the Croisette, at Port Canto.
