The idea of Columbus Yacht, was to create a yacht with a classic look with retained precise proportions without excessive élans with some elements that help give her a distinctive appeal, like the curved upper deck windows. The sun deck on the flybridge offers a large circular pool, and there is another conversation area in the open air on the forward upper deck. For the interior design a geometric style was chosen expressed in large spaces offering outstanding comfort and practicality throughout, and where any possible restricted, uncomfortable areas have been eliminated therefore with a design that remains elegant and attractive offering in the same time also intense functionality. Leit motiv is the phrasing of the bright ceiling colours, intersected by darker wood panels, and the brown of the Italian walnut floors, with inserts of calacatta oro marble.
M/Y “Prima” has a full displacement of about 700t, six staterooms including full beam Owner’s cabin with balcony and VIP cabin on the bridge deck. Exceptional volume from her 10.2m beam, large common areas and massive internal volumes are the main characteristic of Prima.
12 Sleeps guests and 12 sleeps in crew in six double crew staterooms plus Captain’s cabin. In the Sun Deck, a large Jacuzzi is well exposed on the sun pad island and there is a bar inboard of the crews’ staircase down to the bridge deck pantry.
