First Hallberg-Rassy 69
First Hallberg-Rassy 69 hull sees daylight
The first hull of the all-new Hallberg-Rassy 69 has been released from its mould at the lamination plant at Hallberg-Rassy Marinplast in Kungshamn, Sotenäs on the Swedish West Coast.
The Hallberg-Rassy 69 is the yard’s new flagship. Now structural bulkheads and the deck will be assembled. In December, the first complete hull will be in place in the main boatyard Hallberg-Rassy Varvs AB in Ellös on island Orust in Sweden.
This new design has an interior that is on one level from bow to stern. There is a big walk-in engine room. The sail handling is effortless by a minimum crew with PushButtonSailing. The cockpit is big and the helmsman’s position is well protected by an all-round coaming.
Hull No 001 will sail in the winter of 2023-2024.
