I confess that when I saw for the first time this sailboat, I wanted to get as fast as possible on its board, to see whether it is indeed a real racer such as constructors said or whether it is just about a successful design and stickers that make it look at least good. Maybe you should know first something about this brand less known to us.The company was founded in 1976 under the name of Yachts Polar by Stig Johansson, and the first model released on the market was the Finn Flyer 31 sailboat designed by Eivind Still in two versions, one being racer and the other cruiser racer. In both configurations, the boat enjoyed a real success by combining the sporting qualities with comfort, according to the client’s wish. Since 1982 and until 2002, 88 boats were delivered, a number which may not impress unless you know that they were executed manually.(read more in Yachting Pleasure!)
