Great fun and excitement

Diving without limits is the motto at boot 2025. In halls 11 and 12, from 18 to 26 January, the international diving sport will be presented with over 420 exhibitors in all its facets at the Dive Centre in Hall 12. Visitors can expect a high-calibre stage programme with many international guests and speakers, contributions from exhibitors and marine conservation organisations, as well as exciting diving demonstrations ranging from a model photo shoot to professional mermaids to the German Marine’s combat swimmers and helmet divers. Diving workshops for advanced divers and a wide range of introductory diving offers for beginners can already be booked online.

Join in and take the plunge – For beginners: try dives, try mermaiding and try freediving

New: mermaid photoshoot
In our TryScuba programme (introductory diving), participants aged 10 and up go underwater for the first time in the ‘classic’ way, with a compressed air cylinder and accompanied by our experienced team of diving instructors. TryMermaid is aimed at mermaids aged eight and up who want to dive with mermaid fins.

A new and additional offer for mermaids is the mermaid photo shoot: in a short session with our professional underwater photographer, participants learn the basics of mermaiding and get the perfect underwater photo. The TryFreediving programme offers first experiences with free diving, diving with just one breath.

For certified divers: a daily programme of workshops to join in at the diving tower
New: Aqua Dance Flow with Julie Gautier

Those who already have a diving licence can take part in one of the workshops in the four-metre-deep diving tower. Diving with scooters from SUEX and diving with full-face masks from OCEANREEF are on the programme, as is the popular fun dive, a dive in the diving tower ‘just for fun’.

A crowd-puller in the diving halls is the stage of the Dive Centre in Hall 12. Presenters Anna von Boetticher and Jan Schulte will guide visitors through the programme for nine days. Among the guests are well-known exhibitors and representatives of diving destinations and diving centres from all over the world. But nature and environmental protection topics are also given a high priority in the Dive Center. This provides an important platform for marine protection initiatives and organisations to draw attention to their work. The stage programme at boot 2025 will also be enriched by outstanding filmmakers and adventurers who will take the audience on an emotional journey into the underwater world Among them are the underwater photographers and videographers Nuno Sá, Alexander Dawson, Morne Hardenberg, Daan Verhoeven, Alexander Benedik, Peter Löseke from Behind The Mask, Julie Gautier, Tobias Friedrich, Claudia and Hendrik Schmitt from The Jetlagged, actor Hannes Jaenicke and science journalist Dirk Steffens.

Event Days

On selected days of the exhibition, diving destinations and diving centres will be presenting themselves. On the respective theme day, the partners will not only be ‘live on stage’, but will also present in the ‘Beach House’ directly in the Dive Center On the opening day of the trade fair, for example, everything revolves around the Philippines, followed by Fuerteventura on 19 January. On 23 January, Euro Divers and their worldwide diving centres will be the main topic. On 24 January, the focus will be on freshwater diving in Austria, and on 25 January, the Mediterranean diving destination of Malta will be the centre of attention.
