BENETEAU, the SWIFT TRAWLER 44 – Motor Boat of the Year 2012!
The Swift Trawler 44, shown for the first time at Cannes in 2010, won the 2012 Award in the category “Trawler Yacht” at the ceremony of the Motor Boat of the Year Awards held on 9th January at London’s prestigious Savoy Hotel.
Every year this title is awarded by journalists from English magazines Motor Boat & Yachting and Motor Boats Monthly at the London Boat Show. It rewards the design and construction quality of the Swift Trawler 44. The English magazine highlights the comfort and safety of the deck plan, as well as her interior comfort and hull seaworthiness, allowing smooth passage
through the sea. It should be remembered that her two predecessors (The Swift Trawler 52 and 34) were also elected boat of the year (in 2009 and 2010) in the same category.
