Internet access for all exhibitors and visitors at the AYS 2013….
For this year’s Antibes Yacht Show which will take place April 18th -21st, the organisers are proud to provide free Wi-Fi for the exhibitors and the visitors of the show. Global Marine Communications has been a partner of the show for the last 2 years showing that they can manage Wi-Fi connections that work properly.
Costas Charalambous, sales director of Global Marine Communications is thrilled to handle such a challenge:“It is our experience that something as simple as Wi-Fi is all too often forgotten at trade shows and whilst this leaves us bemused and baffled, it does nothing to further the impression the Yachting Industry has about Communications companies in general. We have made it our mission to change these perceptions through consistent high quality and customer focused service provision. Fortunately a chance encounter introduced us to them and we have been happy to provide a service to the show for the last 2 years. This service has become indispensable particularly for key decision makers whilst away but still needing to be in touch with their colleagues back home.
In our opinion something as mundane as Wi-Fi should be readily available to organisers, exhibitors, press, delegates & visitors. Our goal is to take something many find complex and difficult to deliver and turn it into something simple, seamless & ubiquitous to our customers and their guests regardless of the arena in which we are operating. Antibes Yacht Show is preparing its 7th year; along with Global Marine Communications, the 2013 show will have other prestigious partners such as Porsche, Champagne De Castelnau, Henry de Bellegarde…
The team of The Superyacht Group will sponsor again the seminar area and AYS is happy to welcome Yachts International as a sponsor of the VIP Lounge.The show is expecting around 190 exhibitors from various countries (U.K, U.SA., the Netherlands, Turkey, Cyprus, Italy…) and about 120 yachts above 20 meters.As usual the seminars held will be informative and free for the exhibitors and visitors. Friday is already booked for the ISS YachtInfo and Saturday for the PYA – Make sure you register to attend!
